HRTLY was founded to move healthcare from episodic, reactive treatment to continuous, proactive care—so risks are detected early and people stay healthier, longer. We do this by pairing multi‑agent AI with real clinical oversight and by giving every person ownership of a unified, longitudinal health record.
Mission (What We Do)
HRTLY delivers a 24/7 hybrid care model: intelligent agents continuously analyze signals from wearables, biometric trends, and EMRs to spot subtle deviations before symptoms appear, while licensed clinicians validate high‑stakes decisions and take action. We integrate all sources of health data into a patient‑owned longitudinal record to empower timely, personalized interventions.
Vision (where we’re going)
A world where we all live longer and healthier lives through continuous, patient‑centered prevention —spanning cardiovascular, metabolic, pulmonary, mental health, and beyond—built on open standards (FHIR), rigorous safety, and explainable AI.
